Guidance on the Notification Requirements
This document contains guidance on Part 4 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (“the Act”). Part 4 of the Act provides a notification scheme for convicted terrorist offenders aged 16 or over who have been dealt with by a court in a way described in section 45 of the Act (broadly speaking, where the person has been sentenced to at least 12 months’ imprisonment or detention).
